of the cars after the accident and the damage caused plaintiff's machine indicated the impossibility of the accident having
happened as purportedly shown by defendant's version of it. That view cannot be adopted here as a matter of law for it appears
that the relative position of the cars at the time mentioned raised a question of fact for the injury as to the likelihood
of defendant's version of the accident being the correct one.
